4. 50-foot Rainbow Silk Streamer! My 4-inch x 50-foot Goshman silk streamer will fit inside a Switch Can! That’s the way I use this beautiful RAINBOW streamer in my shows and lectures now.  Better, I change  a Vanishing Candle to a 3-foot Streamer, going into the Switch Can (yes, the candle and streamer fit) and change THAT into a 50-foot LONG Rainbow Streamer.  I’ve used this same streamer in my Big Black Hat, letting a child pull out yard after yard of silk —  it seems NEVER ENDING as it goes through red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and purple, then repeats the colors for 50 feet! 5.Chico the Chimp. Invite two children on stage and have each hold a large 8 x 10 inch envelope. Show the picture of Chico the Chimp (he’s the monkey!) and place it inside the girl’s envelope. Tell the boy that the CHIMP will jump invisibly to his envelope. When it doesn’t seem to happen, you have the girl check hers — and the monkey is not only GONE, but he’s jumped clear out of the picture!  Where does the monkey reappear? Why, on the BOY’S BACK, of course!
Chico the Chimp is easy, fun and funny. Kids really ENJOY this kind of thing. Have I used it? 9. Professional Magic for Children. In 1976 I published a definitive textbook on entertaining children with magic. At that time I had been doing magic for 18 years, and I had learned a lot from performing over 2000 live kidshows. Over a 23 year period, the book sold 7000 copies! Professional Magic for Children went on to influence magicians and clowns around the world, I have since learned. Why?
